This was the most care free and accommodating stay I’ve ever experienced. From the contactless check-in to the instant access to a concierge. So many free amenities and items offered. Ask for as much as you can, and enjoy it all!
Roomza was a whole unexpected experience. I absolutely loved the personalization of my stay. First, I was greeted and escorted by staff members directly to my room while they explained all the fabulous amenities afforded to me. Roomza provided an open fridge and included valet parking in my stay. I would rate Roomza a 100, if the scale went that high. I can’t wait to plan my next stay using this hotel chain.
Great location practically in the French Quarter but away from the chaos and noise. The hotel is an old building typical of the place but very well maintained with very kind staff.

A simply glorious, private and quiet hotel right next to the busy shopping, cafe and bar areas. Tucked among aged foliage I felt I was entering to a secret garden every time I walked through the gate. The room was clean, tasteful and flawless.
The best thing about our entire trip was Roomza... unlike anything else I have ever experienced at any hotel!
