We were able to do everything on the phone and walked right up to our room & didn’t have to talk to anyone. We were happily surprised they offer customizable amenities and we opted for the Theragun. When we got there the Theragun was there too NO charge. Loved!

Never have I ever felt more valued as a customer. Aside from all that: the lighting in the room was awesome - finally I didn't have to move a lamp or search for a plug! It was a smaller room (hey, it's NYC) but beautifully appointed. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept on. The amenities in the bathroom were actually ones I wanted to use
