Live Product

Issues surface before guests complain publicly.

Roomza monitors score trends room by room and alerts you the moment a pattern starts forming, not after it has already landed on Booking.com.

The Problem

The feedback loop is broken. Complaints reach you too late.

By the time a complaint shows up on TripAdvisor, it has already influenced other bookings. Roomza moves the signal upstream so you can act on it before it becomes a review.

Without Roomza

  • Guest complaints surface on OTAs before you know about them
  • No way to identify a problem room until it is already rated low
  • Housekeeping inspections miss intermittent issues like noise or temperature
  • Brand audits are annual and point-in-time
  • No data to support your case in ownership conversations

With Roomza

  • Early alerts on score trends before complaints become reviews
  • Know which room, which floor, which category is declining
  • Continuous signal after every verified stay
  • Room-level data you can bring to brand audits and QBRs
  • Guest-sourced, structured, and independently verified
How It Works

Up and running in a day. No IT required.

A QR code sign in each room. That is the only setup required.

Guests scan the room QR code or use a review link

Each room gets a unique Roomza QR code on a small sign. Or send guests a verified review link via the "I Stayed Here" flow. No app download. No PMS integration. No IT team involvement. Setup in under a day.

Guests score the room they stayed in

Roomza confirms the stay against the reservation record. Guests score across 9 condition categories for the room they actually occupied.

You get alerts before it becomes a complaint

Scores update after every verified stay. Decline trends trigger alerts. You see what is slipping in real time, by room and category.

FAQ

Common questions from general managers

How is Roomza different from the reviews I already see on Booking.com or TripAdvisor?

Platform reviews are property-level, anonymous, and arrive after the damage is done. Roomza collects structured, room-specific scores tied to verified stays. You know which room received a low score, which category drove it, and when it started declining. That is actionable intelligence you can bring to housekeeping or maintenance before the same issue generates a second complaint.

Will this create friction for my guests?

No. The Roomza sign in each room is a small, unobtrusive QR code. Guests who want to give feedback can scan it at their convenience. There is no forced prompt, no mandatory survey, and no check-out interruption. Guests who submit a review are the ones who want to be heard.

Does Roomza require a PMS integration or IT involvement?

No. Roomza works with a QR code placed in each room. There is no PMS integration, no API connection, and no IT involvement required. Setup takes less than a day.

What does Roomza actually score?

Roomza collects structured condition scores across 9 categories for each individual room: cleanliness, comfort, noise, physical condition, view, bathroom, temperature, amenities, and overall impression. Each score is submitted by a verified guest tied to a confirmed reservation, so every data point is anchored to a real stay in that specific room.

Can I use Roomza data in conversations with ownership or asset managers?

Yes. Roomza gives you an independent, guest-sourced data set you can bring into owner reviews, asset manager QBRs, or brand audit prep. If you have improved room scores over a quarter, Roomza shows it with data rather than anecdote. That is a meaningful differentiator in management conversations.

How does early warning work?

Roomza monitors score trends and sends an alert when a room or set of rooms shows a sustained decline in a specific category. For example, if rooms on the fourth floor start dropping on Temperature scores over two weeks, you get notified before a guest leaves a public review about the HVAC. You can investigate and act on it proactively.

Will my owner see the same data I see?

Only if you share access with them. Each Roomza account has its own permissions. You control who has access to the property dashboard. If ownership has their own Roomza account, they would see the data independently, but that is a property setup decision, not a default.

How quickly does data appear after setup?

Data starts appearing as soon as the first verified guest completes a review, typically within the first week of placing QR codes. Statistically meaningful trends emerge within 60 to 90 days depending on occupancy levels.

Does Roomza work with branded hotels that already run brand quality programs?

Yes. Roomza layers on top of whatever quality programs are already in place. Brand audits, internal inspections, and mystery shopper visits are point-in-time and examiner-dependent. Roomza adds continuous, guest-sourced, room-level data that those programs do not produce.
